Using t...Hi, thanks for all techniques you mention. Using the moving energy techniques, like rocking in a chair, third eye etc, I run into the same problem every time I do them. The moving energy sensation is hooked to my breathing. So when I move to one direction I inhale and into the other direction I exhale. I seem to be unable to do these techniques without breating in and out in the same rythm.
