I just tried "Lines of Force" for the first time last night. I thought it would be fun to try something different. I felt a slight euphoria at first. Then my head felt lighter.

As I brought the lines over my head for the first time I heard a loud banging. It's fairly typical for me to get hypnagogia. When I repeated the entire process I fell asleep. It was fun to try.

Usually I use commands and target location to exit along with remembering how it feels... like a cool wind on a hot day etc. I may try it again tonight while also using exit commands as I bring the lines up over my head. Cheers! :-)Astral Touristhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/13880002938698703770noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1141886981250185175.post-9825958352942429962022-04-29T14:30:21.111-05:002022-04-29T14:30:21.111-05:00When using visualization, should I be trying to &q...When using visualization, should I be trying to "see" the item right in front of me, or is it more imagining it being right in front of me? I ask because, when trying to do the former, I'm easily distracted by the random swirls and patterns created by my closed eyes.TacoDavenoreply@blogger.com
